I think there should be a good link or documentation from DNN corp. to show a comparison of Portal Software in .NET, Java and PHP, yes, it is DNN for .NET platform, Liferay for Java platform and Drupal for PHP.

All are good in this platforms. But I would like and opinionated view about each one of them.

Well. I now close this Thread. About 195 viewed but no-one wished to reply. 
My personal view about the topic.
DNN is for .NET platform and compares a little to Joomla. I use DNN as a everyday basis as part of my job. It is good but it lacks Enterprise stuff in the Community edition.
Drupal is for PHP platform and it is more enterprise oriented that even Joomla. I confess, I need to explore more on this topic.
Liferay is for Java Platform and is by far superior to anything I have seen so far. It has out of the box many, many features in a US$0 cost and because the fact it is on Java Platform it runs in any Operating System and against almost any database out there.

All of these products have a mission, and a vision of being and a perhaps a solid strategy.

I will continue studying these three products only. DNN Community, Drupal (Community, I don't know if it exists) and LifeRay community.
