Thanks Sebastian, that will certainly solve the FK problem. Unfortunately though, that's only part of the problem. Did some work on the rest of the issue today and have been able to document how reproduce it on Gemini. Hopefully we'll see a fix before too long.

The problem is that the 5.3.0 Upgrade process creates PortalLocalization records for portals' default languages, but is not doing so correctly, with the result that data is copied between portals.

A workaround is to make sure that the default language for all portals is set to en-US before upgrade.
