Hello Team,

I have been subscribed to these official forums for over 4 years without any problems. Notifications on new posts just kept coming punctually.

However, I have stopped receiving notifications from the two forums I am subscribed to and from some single threads too. This happened twice, the first time by the end of December 2009, until mid January 2010 when it was fixed by Chris. Now again, I am not receiving mails from the forums since mid March 2010.

I did bump that old December thread, but it got old and buried again. So I have decided to ask for help with this new thread.

FYI, I have done what every software specialist does: I unsubscribed, logged off, logged in again and subscribed again to my forums of preference. Unfortunately, that didn't work, I honestly don't know why ;-)

Hello Team,

I want to say thank you and I am sorry. It was my mistake. You've pointed me in the right direction, which is checking if I was getting any emails at all from the site. I did change my email address and have received my password upon request. The previous configured email was eliminated during an anti-spam cleanup, and that was indeed the cause of this issue.

It was my fault from the beginning and I am very sorry to have insisted with this issue without a triple check (my email address... oh, my...).
