EDIT NOTE: The previous 05.00.01 RC and 05.00.01 RC2 release candidates have been replaced by a hopefully final 05.00.02 RC. It is available from CodePlex:

http://dnnfeedback.codeplex.com/relea...

I have just uploaded the install and source packages for Feedback 05.00.01 RC to the project's download page on CodePlex:

http://dnnfeedback.codeplex.com/relea...

This is the same version that today has been submitted to the DotNetNuke Extension Projects Release Tracker testing process. Hopefully it will progress smoothly and quickly through the various steps of this process and will be soon available in final release and included in upcoming DotNetNuke packages.

As this version includes a number of fixes (including one showstopper one which prevented installs in MS SQL Server 2005) and enhancements, I have bumped the version number upwards to 05.00.01. The major enhancement is the conversion of Feedback.ascx to a tableless form that offers better XHTML compliancy and is more easily modified through changes to the module.css stylesheet. For those wanting to place the module into a very narrow pane, there is now a settings option to place the field labels above rather than to the left of the field input controls.

If you find any issues with this version or want to suggest future enhancements, please log them to the project's CodePlex Issue Tracker.

Wells --

Sorry about that, the 05.00.01 RC was found to have a couple of issues and has been replaced with 05.00.02 RC available for download here:

http://dnnfeedback.codeplex.com/relea...

I had hidden the prior beta and RC releases as some were continuing to download them and report issues that had already been fixed. Unfortunately I had forgotten about the direct link from this (and other posts) to those no-longer available releases.

Let me know how 05.00.02 RC works for you.

Module installation failed upgrading from 4.4.3 to 5.0.2 on DNN 5.4.2. See http://dnnfeedback.codeplex.com/workitem/18543 for details.
