I want to change dnn forums module file upload control browse button click behavior. After click on browse button it is openning the local PC desktop items but i want to open perticular folder of project not the desktop folder. please explain me in detail i am new to DNN.

You need to change the control used in the module. The control is an asp.net upload control, but you are trying to use a file selector (ie. something on the server already, not the client machine). There is the DNN File Picker (which the photo property uses, as an example) and there is also the URLControl, which the forum already uses in a few areas (as do other core modules like documents).
