i need to repair a skin from a site that is already online...
i need to be able do this locally so that i wont mess up the one online...how do i do this?

i did download the skin ... but i only have ascx files, xml, css and image folder
i can edit it here but i want to be able to see the changes i made without having to up load the skin again, can i do that?
i made a new portal and tried to upload the skin but got this error...

i still dont get it... :-( it is the first time working with dotnetnuke. i just have to fix a bug on ie7 so i need to be able to make changes on skin.css and be able to see it before i change the one that is online.
