I've had this happen several times, and it's been happening all day today...

I go to create a child page, and instead of being shown a new, blank page it shows the page hierarchically above it, but the URL extension lists the name of the new page I was trying to create. When I delete this page, it deletes the parent page and all of it's children. I am able to recover the pages that I didn't not intend to delete from the recycling bin just fine, but I continue to get this same behavior.

I'm looking for a little insight as to why it may be doing this, and if there's a way to make this not happen.

We cleared cache and reset the website over the weekend, and I'm still getting the same error.
