Where can I get DotNetNuke 5.x development templates / starter kits for VS 2008 VB.net. I searched the net but found nothing. What are CodeSmith templates, how to install and use them?

If there is none, please guide how to create my own module in my DNN5 Community edition, i need a start.

Skin and Container templates are included in VS Starterkit, you may download from dotnetnuke.codeplex.com. CodeSmith is a tool, used in module development to generate the database interface based on a template, there used to be a free version a few years ago, but AFAIK it is now a commercial product. You may want to check out module development tutorials at dotnetnuke.adefwebserver.com.
