Hoping you can point me in the right direction.

I am using DNN 4.9.5 (I know, I know - it is time to upgrade)

I recently started receiving a high number of General Exceptions in the Event Viewer that are all identical:

All sites appear to be functioning as expected but I am getting a couple hundred of these errors per hour which I am confident will affect performance.

Any thoughts on what might be causing this type of error and how to resolve it would be very much appreciated.
