Hello

We are creating one website on our local machine using dnn. Everything is working fine but...
For creating virtual directory  I created a folder on my local machine with website name as Springfield.
Then i put other all folders in to this folder. so all my image's & page's paths are like:

/springfield/Portals/0/images//home_banner.jpg
not like:
/Portals/0/images//home_banner.jpg

now at the time of uploading site at client side we will not have folder named as springfield.
So we need to give path like /Portals/0/images//home_banner.jpg only,
but it is not showing any image or page if i gave path like this.
& i cant remove the springfield folder from my local machine.

Anybody know how I can fix this?????

links to local images and files are stored domain relative, not portal relative, i.e. if you move your site from a virtual directory to the root of a web site, you will need to adopt all paths. for text/HTML module there is a free search/replace module from www.engagemodules.com, you may use.
