I have DotNetNuke Community Edition 5.3.1. I started to create new skin. Everythings so far very well except that my Menu looks ugly. Images are missing.

Basically I have tried to copy the menu logic, stylesheets and Images from standard installation (MinimalExtropy), but it not work out. What I get is menu in plain text based menu. Hyperlinks behind the menu titles are ok. Why images like menu_bg.png and menu_active.png are not diplayed?

What could be wrong?
Actually. Does any body have clean skin package with functioning menu for me?

Index.html
<object id="Object1" codetype="dotnetnuke/server" codebase="NAV">
            <param name="ProviderName" value="DNNMenuNavigationProvider" />
             <param name="IndicateChildren" value="false" />
             <param name="ControlOrientation" value="Horizontal" />
             <param name="CSSControl" value="mainMenu" />
</object>

skin.css
I have added followings: @import url("css/menu.css");

/Images
All menu images copied directly. (for menu_bg.png & example menu_active.png)

css/menu.css
CSS files directly copied from MinimalExtropy of DNN5.3

Have you tried opening the website in Firefox using the Firebug plugin? I find that is the best way to track down why CSS issues are happening. Firebug will allow you to inspect portions of the page and see which CSS classes are being loaded, and where they are coming from.
