I inherited the duties of managing a youth leage website and have little knowledge of how DNN works.  I was given a "crash course" by the original developer.

Here are the issues that I am having.

1. As soon as a log in as an administrator, I get the following error message under the top banner where you can create pages, add modules and manage site settings.  I am unable to add new modules.  I Can add an existing module, but the pane dropdown menue is blank (no options for placement).
An error has occurred.
An error has occurred.

2. I can no longer upload new files to my file manager.  was able to about a month ago.  I get the follwoing message.
A critical error has occurred.
Invalid postback or callback argument. Event validation is enabled using <pages enableEventValidation="true"/> in configuration or <%@ Page EnableEventValidation="true" %> in a page. For security purposes, this feature verifies that arguments to postback or callback events originate from the server control that originally rendered them. If the data is valid and expected, use the ClientScriptManager.RegisterForEventValidation method in order to register the postback or callback data for validation.

3. I have no idea what version of DNN I am running.  I assume the free community platform though.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,

Tim
