hi,

i can't update any text / module in DNN 4.9.5

after clicking update it is just loads and loads until 15 minutes and then saying connection was reset

is there any database permission ? or files permission ?

While logged in as admin or host user, please check the Admin-->Event Viewer for more detailed error message that might have been logged at about the same time or soon after you click "Update". You may be getting a database server timeout in which case I would check the size of your installation's database and in particular the EventLog, SiteLog, and ScheduleHistory tables as well as the SQL database transaction log. You may need to remove earlier entries from the aforementioned tables and backup the database/truncate the transaction log to reclaim space.
