I am trying to use an iFrame on a secured page on my site to login to my CRM software located in my office. When the page loads the CRM site shows in the iFrame but when I try to login it does not work. It just gives me the login screen again like something is not passing all of the info through to something else. When I try going straight to the CRM server it works fine.

Anybody know how to fix this in DNN 5.4.4? BTW, it did the same thing in DNN 5.4.2 and yes I upgraded to the newest iFrame Module version 4.4.0

I don't think this is a DNN issue, my guess is that this is a browser security issue. Frames and SSL and Cookies don't generally play very nicely.

I think you are right about it being a browser issue I added the site to my Trusted sites in IE and get the same thing. But when I try it with Firefox it works fine?????

Do you know what I need to turn off in IE 8 to fix this?

Doing some digging here are some interesting threads (not necessarily DNN related)

it should work, if both sites are from same domain, but otherwise there is XSS protection built into IE to prevent it.
