Here is the error that I appear to be getting when he tries to access the portal... something about OpenID? How do I turn that off?

ALTHOUGH... This is the error message that seems to "kick it off"... Value cannot be null. Parameter name: String... I can't tell which string is null. Does it have to do with the Solpartmenu? Anyone know how to read this?
