Hi,

when i create a new user or when i change a profile (role), with the option Send Notification checked, no one receives the e-mail and it happens in every portal that i've.

Besides the e-mail that isn't sended, it also occurs an error, has you can see on the print screen.

In the site file \App_GlobalResources\GlobalResources.resx and in particular in any translations of this resource file, check the value for the key named "EMAIL_ROLE_ASSIGNMENT_SUBJECT.Text.

Quite likely you will find a carriage return or line feed embedded in the value which when encountered in the subject line passed to the System.Mail.Message object will throw this particular exception. Carriage returns and line feeds are not permitted in subject lines.
