Hey all!

I'm the drummer and webmaster for the band Lucky Lew, and we've moved to a DNN based site: http://www.luckylewmusic.net

The site is taking shape (finding proper modules and skinning them to suit the look of the site, etc), but I'm having trouble finding a good module for our Live section: http://www.luckylewmusic.net/Live.aspx (please ignore the fact that it looks pretty bad at the moment, I haven't bothered too much with the look since I'm looking for another module to cover my needs)

At the moment I'm using the DNN Events module, which at least allow me to display a list and generate an RSS feed, but it's lacking one big feature: Separation of upcoming and past gigs (based on date). How this is done isn't a huge issue, but I want to be able to immediately see which gigs are upcoming, instead of having to look at the date on each row.

Does anyone know of something I could use to achieve this? We're also poor musicians so I'd love to keep it as cheap as possible.

Hopefully, that made some sense. Cheers guys :-)

I'll just attempt a bump, but I guess it doesn't look too good ;-)

Beautiful site!

I dont have a solid answer... but I'll tell ya where I am leaning for a similar thing.
I am building a Philly area Sports/Band site.   That "bar attending, sports tailgaiting, band watchign demographic"

For the bands, i want many bands to enter their show dates, and in a perfect world, its cross referenced so a user can say "Where is Ziphead playing?" or "Who is playing at the Black Horse Pub?"

Anyway...  I am leading towards one of the form customization tools... and specifically XMOD.
There are several choices (Dynamic Forms, for one) but based on user comments on the web it seems XMOD for my needs is the better choice as I need to do a little programming to make things work, as opposed to simpler form entry.

I wont really dig into XMOD until next weekend... if you havent made a decision at that point i'll post my experience.

I actually popped into here to see if others had similar requirements (and wanting to make sure XMOD can do what I want) and was very suprised to see a band oriented message right at the top!
