I've created a skin pack with two skins, one for the portal and one for the admin sections of the site. The problem im having is that when I update a module in the portal section of the site the admin skin replaces the portal skin. Any ideas, or if this has happened to you and you have managed to fix it, please help.

It's by design...
Whenever you go into module settings or edit you are in "Admin mode" and whichever skin is designated as the Admin skin will be used.
