I have a customer facing site. The Home Page contains general information. If a person is a registered user they can log in for additonal information. What I want to do is create a new Home page for the registered users. I tried creating a new Home Page named Home1, but now on the menu bar I have Home Home1 which is confusing to say the least. Also, when the user logs in they are taken to Home and not Home1.

Any ideas on how to have a different page once a user logs in that the Home button on the menu bar would take them to that page would be greatly appreciated.

You can remove home1 by going to going to page settings and un-unchecking show in navigation.

Easy way to redirect after login is to add query string parameter ?returnurl=/pagename.aspx to your login page URL

Example: /login.aspx?returnurl=/home1.aspx
