also use the GoDaddy hosting tools to make sure you have granted the NETWORKSERVICE account full control over your Portal folder and all sub folders

Hi Steve.

Thank you for your response. I assume the last post was for the person who had a similar error.

But, I am not sure where to go to allow NETWORKSERVICE access to the folders.

It is not in the IIS management tool they supply.  Where do I go to add NETWORKSERVICE access?

Thanks!!

Steve.

Just an update...

I already have read/write for applications on the directory through the File Manager.  There is not a way that I can see to add specific user permissions.  Godaddy will not modify their generic Medium Trust.

Ok,

Just in case someone else has this issue.

I came across another post by Steve where someone upgrading to 4.9 couldn't get their pictures to show.
Steve gave this advice:

log into your site using the HOST account, then on the Repository module settings page, near the bottom, you'll see 3 settings where you can specify the physical location of the files that are uploaded.  You can change the settings manually if you know them, or you can simply blank them out and when you save the setting, the module will "figure it out"

Well that was the issue...
I removed the directory settings, and saved the module.   Ta da...
It is now working.  I guess there was a directory SNAFU on the upgrade to IIS7.

This for sure was a Godaddy issue and NOT a repository module failure.  I bet if I call, Godaddy would tell me they moved my site when they upgraded to IIS7.

Thanks for everyone's help!!!
