Hello club DNN --

Was wondering if anyone could tell me how to turn off the display of sub-menu's on a particular page. On this particular page, i am using the 1024 Left Menu Nav skin, so i don't want the menu items that appear on the left to also appear on the Main menu.

For example. I only want an 'About' main menu item. However, when you navigate to the About page, there are 3 left menu options like 'History', 'Location' and 'Staff'. It's those last three menu options that i don't want to appear in the main menu as sub-menu's.

Is there an easy 'switch' for this or do i have to create a copy of the 1024 Left Menu Nav skin that would have some property set to not display sub menu??

Could you also comment on the what you think the dominant design approach is for these situations??

Thanks all --

You will have to modify the skin to only include level 1 menu items in your menu structure.

Mitch -- thanks for replying.

I set the Level property of the dnn:NAV to "1" and that didn't do anything.

How do i do what you mean? Also, do you know where there's documentation on the dnn:NAV properties??
