I want to set-up a property rental website. I was hoping there was single module that was specific to property rental, but I'm having a hard time finding one. I was hoping it to have these requirements:
Landlord accounts can add properties, anonymous users or registered users can look at the listings and make a deposit via their credit card after booking the property for a set time. Clients would book through a calender-like UI to see when it is available. Also, but optional, a review page for properties and landlords.

I have looked through hundreds of modules and it looks like I'll have to buy 3-4 modules to get all this functionality, while 1 specific one might be out there for me. However, if I do need multiple modules, recommendations would be really appreciated.
