I have DNN 5.4.4 based internet portal. Is it possible to remove "Minimaze", "Category" and "Tags" icons from pages by configuring portal?

To remove minimize you will need to edit the module settings and specify the collapsed/expand to none.  Or you can modify the container to remove the control.  You will need to modify the skin file to remove the tags and category.
