Looks like he is looking for full time employee's.  I would say put up a monster.com job listing and something on this forum?

That's correct. I'm looking for a full time salaried employee. We have the monster posting, but I was hoping to hone in on a smaller (and possibly more capable) audience. I didn't want to abuse the forum though if this is not the correct venue. Is this the correct place? Our ideal person would have a large portfolio, have experience with DNN skins, Silverlight and/or Flash design, UX design, print design and maybe even some Content Strategy experience.
