TabPermission does not contain admin permissions. Records are usually created for grants, all unchecked permissions in the grid are not stored. are you sure your fourth portal is part of the same DNN installation?

Hello

i am sure all portals are in one installation.
because there is only one DNN installation.

as you said, if there is no checked permission in the permission grid,  then there is no record in the tabpermission table.
but  this page was checked (only Registered User can view this page) ,but there is also no record in the TabPermission table.

one more thing, you said that TabPermission doesn't contained Admin permissions, could you let me know which table was stored admin permissions?
actually, 1st and 2nd  portal admin permissions are in TabPermission Table.

i cannot upload image

My DNN version is 5.2.3
