Yes, I was using the HTML/Text Module to add the media. (I thought it used the functions of the media manager, but I was wrong.)

As I said, the files were in the directory. I checked via ftp. The files were listed in the pick/choose box when you used the html/text module to embed, but the images were white and when they embedded I got that error message. But only "some" of the images in the directory were like that and not all.

I can't give you any more info because it is fixed now... synch files may have fixed it.

Sometimes, even though there's a job to sync the files, you have to manually synchronize your files.  You would do this in the File Manager in the Admin menu.  Simply check the checkbox on the top right section of the file manager, for a Recursive synchronization, and then click the Synchronize Files link.  This normally clears up any file issues.

Glad to hear your issue fixed itself though.  ;)
