I would be better if hyperlinks within post opened in a new window by default.

Ollie, I agree with you but I am concerned about how exactly this should be done.  There is also a performance hit here by parsing for it.  I agree the target="_blank" would be best though.

I think it is the HtmlEditorProvider that parses the url into the correct html tag. And I am guessing this is Javascript as it happens client side.

So the there is a desicion as to wheather this should be a feature of the editor or the forum. I would say the editor should default the url to "taregt=_blank".

This method would be easier and have no server load.

Can this be done???
