I'm trying to get my forum working, but only the portal administrator can create threads...or do anything within the forum.  I've added a few dummy accounts to test, but no users are showing up in the Manage Users section of the forum.  No users, other than portal administrators, can use the forum...they can only view it.  Is there something I'm missing?

If you are talking about the DotNetNuke forums module, there are extended settings, you can access from the module's action menu, where you can grant access to the forums.
