My repository is not linking to external urls. It just continues to reload the same page. I've tried a couple different skins with the same results. Does anyone have a clue what could cause this, or how to fix it? Thanks in advance.

I've never tried this myself.  Have you verified in the HTML source that the correct URLs are where you think they are?

It appears when I changed the permission to allow all users download it worked when view by any other account other than host...so that's probably the way it supposed to work now.
