The robot.txt file is a standard file that can filtered search engines.  It is not included on DNN but could be added to the root folder where your have extract the DNN files.

For more information I want suggest to google about it proberties.

How do I create a custom robots.txt file for different portals? So far, it seems that only a SINGLE robots.txt file is allowed for the entire DNN installation, regardless of how many portals it runs.

a robots.txt file provides guidelines for search engines and specifies files to ignore. It can be used, e.g. to ignore /images and other default paths. Another option is using Search Engine sitemaps (sitemap.aspx), which have to be promoted to the major search engines, providing them with a list of URLs to include into their index. This sitemap is created dynamically and can be configured in Admin :: Site Settings and Admin :: Search Engine Sitemaps menu items.
