On specific pages that were defined to use SSL they are now going through a continuous loop as they try to redirect. The upgrade gave no errors and finished fine. The pages there define in the page settings as to use SSL work prior to the upgrade. Is there something I need to do to fix this or is this a known bug and are they working on it? I found similar posts on the forum for older versions, but have yet to see any regarding this version.

I could really use some help... my ecommerce sites are not secure now as I have had to turn off the SSL specific setting on the pages that need to use SSL on.

I performed a fresh installation of 5.5.0 on a site over this weekend and I am having the same problem. I Re-Keyed my Certificate and Re-Installed it in Plesk, then I Enabled SSL under the Admin Site Settings and everything there is fine, but when I Check the Secure Check Box on the Page that I need to use the SSL on I basically get locked out of the site with a 404 Page Not Found Message.

I have same issue updated from 5.04 to 5.05 with success however all pages with SSL on all portals are refreshing over and over. I will try this fix i suppose but it is very strange my web config worked for long time without a problem like this until now after this update.

Thanks for the details on the UsePortNumber workaround.  That fixed it for our site.
