Ky,
  You should check out my recent blog post that discusses this issue and why the assembly is not included in the upgrade /bin folder.  If you need the file, it is likely because there was an error during the upgrade and it did not get installed from the Telerik package which is in the Installs/Module folder.

@Joe, Ky said he extracted the Telerik.Web.UI.dll from the zip and already placed it in the Bin @Ky, to roll back use your DB and file backups, which you hopefully have.

Hi, I had the Telerik issue and fixed the version in the web.config. But since I fixed the version, I am getting the following error. This site is currently Unavailable Please check back later /Install/UnderConstruction.htm Any clue on how to get the upgrade going? Thanks

Stephan, try restarting the website in IIS. (Next time please post on a new thread, Iknow it is related, but it is another issue).

Fixed.

That was my mistake. By error, I interganged my localhost web.config file. Probably to much tired. Sorry.
