I have DNN 4.0.3 with Forum 3.20.01.

Everything was working fine in the beginning. A couple weeks after, I realized that forum statistics are not working properly. There is always "nothing new" on "whats new" section.

any idea about what caused this problem? [EMO]confuse.gif[/EMO]

There are some bugs in the logic having to do with date.

I see..

But it was working really fine for couple of days... Then I must have changed some settings and now I cannot go back...

anyways I am thinking to reinstall the forum module but I am affraid I am going to loose all the threads in the forum.

Do you think it is a good idea?

BTW thank you for your quick answer...

Reinstalling won't fix it, and as long as you don't uninstall it should do nothing but no reason to try that. (Although that is how i develop them, so i am pretty sure the way dnn works and this will not alter db)

The problem is the What's New time frame. I can't remember the exact issues, but it is either the default in the General Settings or the users what's new timeframe. I know in some testing I set it to like 365 and it was returning results, but as for the exact reason unsure right now.

This is due to a stored procedure retrieving What's New data in the wrong order. If you look for posts form me, I think at the end of last year, you should find the fix. If you can't find it, I'll try and dig it out again.
