Could not load file or assembly 'DotNetNuke.HtmlEditor.TelerikEditorProvider'

I'm getting to follow error try to run my site.

Could not load file or assembly 'DotNetNuke.HtmlEditor.TelerikEditorProvider' or one of its dependencies. This assembly is built by a runtime newer than the currently loaded runtime and cannot be loaded.

Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code.

if you are upgrading to DNN 5.2 or later, you need to have ASP.Net 3.5 SP1 installed and configured for the web site, while DNN 5.4.0 and above support ASP.Net 4.0 as well.
