I have an critical error on DNN 3.2.2 while trying to attach an file to new Entry. This is because EntryId for creating an directory for store new file - but I haven't already created Entry.

Yes, I'm used Upload option. This error arise if user doesn't specify Title and Text of entry - then it can't be saved to DB (entry) so attachment also cannot be saved, because EntryId should be used for creating directory for uploaded files. And exception of NullReferenceException type arise in FileController class in Blog module. Function getBlogDir or something like that.

Reason - just test this feature, that's why I don't entered Title and text:) Really, You are right, thare are no needs for user to add file without creating Entry(Title and Text), but it seems what user not informed about what when he adds file, his Entry is automatically saved. From newbie viewpoint he can enter title, text and insert files, after that he decided not to add entry - but it was already auto saved. I understand, what it is hard to code (and maybe unnecessary) some temp mechanism for storing temp files, moving them after saving Entry to another directory etc. But maybe just confirmation dialog will be good decision?
