so I have downloaded the last Dnn... installed in a  new clean place, created second language....by some strange reason the modules that were placed on the first page with a tick on "Display module on all pages" on all other pages  was placed many many times ( some pages were ok  then other would have  from 2 -15 copies of the same  module )  but it's ok , I can  deal with that,  but how to have tabs in local language?

you would need to enable content localization in Admin :: Languages, which creates copies of every page per language. Due to issues reported with this feature, I suggest waiting for a subsequent release before using it.

I am passed that poin already :) I did the admin::languages part...  like I said everything is ok with that.. I got the copies of all pages created BUT come on the names are just waaaaaaay uncool like " HOME (ru-RU) " ... I would like to call that page" Начало" but  then I would have this http://www.mysilly.com/Начало/tabid/175/language/ru-RU/Default.aspx it is uncool to have cyryllic letters in address bar as well :)
so my question is how to have it caled Начало  in the menu but  http://www.mysilly.com/HomeruRU/tabid... in the address bar?
I used to use Locopon's DS tab localizor with the older versions... I thought there is  some better way now?

you may check you web.config file, section FriendlyUrl: for DNNFriendlyUrl, there are options includePageName and urlFormat: you may want to set the first to false and remove the second.

me again :) I still use your last suggestion on the NOT including page name in address bar BUT I wonder if there is a way somehow to have a page name in the address bar but transliterated to latin letters instead of cyrillic? I am not sure but I think having page name looks better and helps to be in search engines :)
