I just upgraded my MailServer to MailEnable 2.0. I've been using MailEnable all along just installed the new version.

It works fine on every website I have except for the DNN ones.

It is a .NET application. I create a virtual directory under the DNN site, ie www.domainname.com/mewebmail

I now get the following error...

Server Error in '/MEWebMail' Application.

This is an ASP.NET feature. Each web.config file applies configuration settings to the directory it is located in, and to all virtual child directories beneath it.

You have installed DNN directly to root and MailEnable as virtual directory under root.  So all settings of DNN will also be present at the MailEnable application. As DNN defines httpmodules, this setting are inherited by MailEnable and MailEnable ties to call them during startup.

Is there any solution?
