I am trying to send an email to about 800 recipients via the Newsletter module in DNN. If I test the email with a few email addresses (In the additional emails field and no role selected) the email sends fine. If I copy the 800 email addresses (all separated by semicolons) into the additional Emails field of the Newsletter module and send it the subject and body of the email are blank when the recipients receive the email, however they were not blank in the Newsletter module when I sent the email. The Newsletter module says the email was sent successfully and the report I recieve from the email says all of the emails were sent successfully and lists all of the email addresses in the report, but the emails are being sent with a blank subject and message (I verified by adding myself to the additional email list and trying again).I had this problem once before and I worked it out by removing an additional space at the end of the additional email list I copied to the Newsletter module, but this is not the problem this time. I verified I have relay set up (Power DNN host) under the host settings, SMTP settings in DNN. Do I need to be using the Relay "Send Method" under "Advanced Settings" of the Newsletter module in DNN (could this be my problem)? If so, what is my relay address? Has anyone had this problem? Could it be the format of one of the email addresses is messing up the email? One time I had a website as an email address in the additional email address field and it did the same thing (blank subject and body), but this is not the case now.

Please uncheck option "replace tokens" if you are sending to manually entered email addressees. Also be aware that the newsletter module has not been created for large chunks of recipients. It doesn't use a queue, but tries to send out all messages during page load (sync mode) or in a background thread (aysnc mode), which will be stopped if the site restarts due to any reason.
