I have a main portal and I have added some portals to it. 2 days ago I added a new portal, removed it and added it again, I logout and now I can't login to any of my portals because when I click on login link, it says : "Object reference not set to an instance of an object." After that, I changed the web.config file but that had no effect. Then, I removed the new portal from Portals table (in db) and my main portal (via ftp) but still no change.
There is no problem in site running as a user without account. You can see the main portal on http://www.business.ir/ and http://www.mba.ir/ is one of its portals. You can click on "ورود" link on right-top of the page in business.ir and left-top of the page in mba.ir to see that error.
And one more thing, adding a new portal was the last thing that I did.

1. When you say "I changed the web.config file", what was the change? Just added or removed space?\
2. Did you try my suggestion to go directly to one of the admin pages? (So it will force you to login but into an admin page)

1. The change in web.config file>> CustomError="off" and ConectionString (address, username, and password of database) 2. No, because I don't know the direct address of the admin page. How can I find it?

Did you make sure the connection strings in both places are identical? (The second is the one with )
From the error message it looks like an old module (may be SuperSKa.DNN.Modules.Picture Gallery is the culprit?)

If you know a page that does not hold this module try login from it.
Look in your browser history for links to the admin pages.
Also try http://www.domain.com/Admin/SiteSettings/tabid/39/Default.aspx
(This was taken from dnn 4.8.4 not sure if it will work for you)

Hi! The problem is now solved! DNN login option in Host Setting -> Authentication part has been disabled and must be enabled in database. Thanks for your replies!
