Hello,
I just upgraded from 4.9.5 to 5.5.   There were no errors during the upgrade, and all seems to be fine except that I am getting a module load exception when I go to the Host / Portals Tab.    The portals list is displayed fine, but there is an error below that I am guessing is due to something left behind from the old version?

Error: Export Template is currently unavailable.
DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: The file '/Admin/Portal/Template.ascx' does not exist. ---> System.Web.HttpException: The file '/Admin/Portal/Template.ascx' does not exist. at System.Web.UI.Util.CheckVirtualFileExists(VirtualPath virtualPath)....

Any suggestions?
Thank you,
Terence

Addition....
It looks like it is a "Template" module at the bottom of the page.    This is not on other sites I have, so now I am wondering if this is from way back, possibly a DNN3 or older leftover.  I think I can just delete it, but thought I best check with the experts not knowing what this is.

This file has been relocated to: /desktopmodules/admin/portals/template.ascx, so I am thinking a refence was not updated in yours and my upgrade, since it appears that no-one else is having this problem.

Thanx

Why assume that not anyone else has the problem? I am having exactly the same propblem. I did a DNN4.9.5 upgrade to DNN 5.5 and portals tab doens'twork properly:

DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: The file '/Admin/Portal/Template.ascx' does not exist. ---> System.Web.HttpException: The file '/Admin/Portal/Template.ascx' does not exist. at System.Web.UI.Util.CheckVirtualFileExists(VirtualPath virtualPath) at System.Web.Compilation.BuildManager.GetVPathBuildResultInternal(VirtualPath virtualPath, Boolean noBuild, Boolean allowCrossApp, Boolean allowBuildInPrecompile) at System.Web.Compilation.BuildManager.GetVPathBuildResultWithNoAssert(HttpContext context, VirtualPath virtualPath, Boolean noBuild, Boolean allowCrossApp, Boolean allowBuildInPrecompile) at System.Web.UI.TemplateControl.LoadControl(VirtualPath virtualPath) at DotNetNuke.UI.ControlUtilities.LoadControl[T](TemplateControl containerControl, String ControlSrc) at DotNetNuke.UI.Modules.ModuleHost.LoadModuleControl() --- End of inner exception stack trace ---

AFAIR there is a kown issue in Upgrade package, you may obtain proper file from install package instead.
