DNN has a Bulk email section but it is not what I am looking for. I need to send emails and be able to view if email has arraived, if it has been opened and which links inside it has been clicked on. What do you guys use for this?

Do not think privacy allows you to get this info. You can put an image into the email with src="script at your server", then probably it allows you to know if email has been opened. But some mail-clients blocks all images, so there is no 100% for this.

Info about delivered you can get from POP3 on "reply-to". If no "fails" or "nondelivered" emails on this POP3, then email has been delivered.

And this one "...which links inside it has been clicked on..." you can get only if will generate uniq link for each user and store it in DB and on link open you put some info. May be exist some services for that. But then you will not have direct link to your site. All link will go thru 3rd party service.

One my client uses ConstantContact, may be its a solution for your problem?
