HI,

I am using version 4.9 and when a file is deleted or uploaded using the file manager it does not work all the time.  I get a messages saying the files are in use.  I repeat the steps several times trying to delete or upload a file but I still get the same error message.  I have even logged out of DNN and sometimes even rebooted my computer.  Sometimes this works but most times it does not.  Can anyone tell me why I having problems uploading and deleting files using the file manager.  The file that I am trying to delete or upload is not open so I am not sure why I am getting that message.  The main site only has this problem every so often but the child portals have this issue all of the time.

Thanks
