3)  Admins can access anything in the 4.x versions

7)  Not without a third party module.

New 1)  Explicitly, now.  Practically, yesy.  Depends on server spoeed, drive space, etc.

New 2)  Haven't seen one, but I haven't looked.  Check Snowcovered, the Marketplace and even the Forge.

New 3)  Not a default option, and I'm not sure the framework lends itself to this.  Might want a Google desktop app to handle it.
