There are a view thinks more to know.  The database user must have access rights as dbOwner and must be added to the schema dbo.  If the schema is a other as dbo you have manuelly change the databaseOwner on the web.config file and make your database settings all in the web.config file.  Then install on auto mode.

Also you must have the correct IIS settings and folder and file permissions.  The IIS Annonymous user must have read access to all dnn files and foldersof DNN.  The IIS Applicationpool user must have full access to all files and folders of DNN.

IIS must have permission to exceute Scripts and Executable files.

There are several posts about configuration and there are webinar and install documentation for dowload.
