You have 3 options when using Editor Area CSS

1) Static.- This means the provider will use the editorarea.css included inside the editor package

2) Dynamic.- The provider will load all .css DNN uses at the current tabid (You don't need to specify a url)

3) File.- Then you can use the file/URL selector (This option has some bug at this moment)

Remember that this only loads .css files

If you need to change the list of styles included on your styles dropdownlist, you must use another option named: Style List XML (or similar)

You have similar options when loading this XML data (Static, Dynamic, and file)

If you set both to dynamic, then all styles from your current tabid will be loaded an available by using the styles dropdownlist inside the editor

Clear your cache after changing this.

So are we saying that we cannot specify a custom editorarea.css for each portal or module, because there is a bug? I'm unable to do this, other than changing the default file, but that affects all portals in the DNN install.

I apologize... I 'm still a little confused.

I made the change... set list of available styles and editor area css to dynamic.  It appears to have worked... using the font family i want, showing links with the correct color, etc.

However, my toolbar at the top is almost gone now.  The only thing it's showing is Bold, Italic, number, bullet, link and unlink.  Nothing else.  Where do I set what icons should show on this toolbar?

Thanks for your help!

EDIT: nevermind... changed the Basic toolbar and that worked.  :)

Toolbars at FCKeditor provider are role based. verify that you include all users to the DNNDefualt toolbar.

There is a link button named "Make all toolbars available to all users" to help on this.
