hi,

i just creating a dnn 4 module using c# (actually modifying an existing one).  the orginal module compiled no problem, but when i had it reference the new dotnetnuke.dll and not the one it shipped with, i get the following error:

public class Edit : DotNetNuke.PortalModuleControl

{......code....}

The type or namespace name 'PortalModuleControl' does not exist in the namespace 'DotNetNuke' (are you missing an assembly reference?)

Any help appreciated,

Johnny

It's PortalModuleBase in DNN3/4.
