Hello

I am customized my skin CSS to override the default SOLPART look and feel.

I noticed that when i click on a menu item, the height of the clicked menu item gets shrunk little giving it a squashy feel.

I can see this clearly since i change color of menu item on mouseover (specified in the MainMenu_MenuItemSel class)

This doesn't happen on sub-menu items

Appreciate any help on this

Cheers

I can post the CSS if it helps explains better. thanks much

Try setting the height to be the same in the Menu classes - You need three height locations specified. If you can't locate them, I'll post them here for you

Hi Nina

That was it. After i specified the height in MainMenu_MenuItemSel, it works fine

Thanks very much on the tip.

On a side note, i noticed that default.css located in portal/_default folder overrides some of my menu classes in my skin.css. The default.css also gets included on page render

For now, i had to comment all the Menu classes in default.css to make my skin.css takes precedence

Is there any other work around for this ? Appreciate it

thanks
