Hello,

I'm trying to configure a Blog Module with a Main Blog (News) and 5 Child Blogs

Only if I'm logged in as Host can I see the Recent Entries.  No matter what I try, only the Yellow Warning icon shows for Recent Entries with the text "No Recent Entries, etc." When I log in, the blog entries for the Child Blogs show up.

A Clue is the Blog List shows up with the top level (News) and shows one sub level (Microsoft News) but not the other 4 sub levels.

I'm sure it's an obvious one but I'm missing it.

And the answer is ... :)  The Top Level Blog Module Title reads the SAME no matter if in a Child or Parent Blog.

I'd gotten into the menu before but there is no documentation about one very easy point, really it's obvious but here it is:  One of course is in the Parent Blog when one goes to the page the Blog Admin module resides.  There is no "Child Blog Settings" within the Module Menu, perhaps there should be.  Setting the Parent Blog public, etc. does no good.

One has to click the breadcrumb to the Child Blog to get to where its settings are.  The Module Container still shows whatever title as it would for the Parent, as it should.  So it can look like one is in the correct settings when one isn't.

OK, NOW you can select Edit Blog Settings and get to Edit Child Blog.  Once this is made public, any published Blog entry shows in the Recent Entries module.
