When i downloaded the newest version of DNN, the Text/HTML Module wasn't working, so I just removed. Can anyone share the link to where I can download the Text/HTML Module. Thank You.

you may extract HTML module install package from your original DNN install zip, it is located inside the install/module folder.

Ok, i tried that and this is the same error message I got downloading it:

How did you remove the module? it looks like there are remainders from a previous module installation. Check the database, whether there is a HTMLText table and which columns are present.

I removes it by going to Host > Module Definitions > Remove Module.So should I remove those tables and columns and try again.
