Hi
Is it possible to specify modules in main page before installing DNN?

Yes, you can customize the default portal template that DNN uses during the installation process. This would require modifying the XML template however, or generating one in another DNN install, then putting that into the installation package before installing DNN again.

So, I can export my desired page to make a template. But where should I put it exactly?

You would want to export the PORTAL, not just the page. You would then put it into the INSTALL folder inside of DNN, you would also need to edit a config file, I believe it is called dotnetnuke.config but I can check on specifics when I get to the office.

I think you mean the DotNetNuke.install.config file. Thanks for your reply!
